This scholarship program is designed to support nursing students in completing a BSN or higher nursing programs who upon graduation the recipient will be guaranteed a job at VHC Health, in return they will commit to working at the organization after graduation for a minimum of two years (3744 hours). This opportunity is also available to current employees, who are also guaranteed a nursing job upon graduation if they are not already in a nursing role.  Current employees will be committed to work for two years (3744 hours) of employment from the date of receiving scholarship funds or from the time they begin working as an RN at the organization.

Purpose & Scope: The Assistant Patient Care Director is responsible for direction of the nursing unit (s) in coordination with the patient care director in concert with the goals of that unit according to the philosophy of the Division of Patient Care Services.
