The Medical Telemetry Unit (also known as 4SW) is a dynamic, fast-paced 25-bed department and the largest med/surg unit in the hospital! Recently expanded and renovated, 4SW features a modern nurse’s station and state-of-the-art Masimo monitoring in every patient room, creating an environment designed to support both exceptional patient care and nursing excellence.   This highly collaborative unit primarily serves Kaiser Permanente patients, with admissions from Kaiser centers and local emergency departments.
