Environmental Services Supply Technician (EVS)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Materials Handling preferred. 

• Responsible for all incoming supplies.
• Ensures all product is accounted for.
• Signs and maintains all packing lists / BOL
• Responsible for transporting and the storage of all incoming materials
• Delivers supplies to supply closets, ensuring availability to staff as needed
• Stores all received product
• Inventory to ensure hospital EVS supply is available
• Maintains 2 days par levels
• Responsible for proper par levels to ensure supply closets are stocked.
• Responsible for ordering of EVS supply in accordance to cycle counting and par levels.
• Responsible to turn over order form the EVS Manager.
• Receives and stores the clean stock
• Distributes clean stock to staff
• Ensures that ride on, walk behind equipment is clean and presentable for use within the hospital.
• Provides verbal or written EVS Supplies Control status reports to manager daily or as needed.
• As needed, assists with:
  • Light assembly of EVS Equipment
  • Bed Moving
  • Curtain Changing
  • Conference room flips / setups
