As part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer program, Radiation Therapists work alongside radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, physicists, and support services professionals to provide individualized treatment for patients throughout their cancer journey. Our therapists utilize leading-edge technologies, including IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, CyberKnife, and CT simulation, while caring for approximately 20–35 patients each day. Purpose & Scope:
Under general supervision, is responsible for all aspects of technical and clinical duties in Radiation Oncology Department.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school is preferred.
Experience:
One year of experience in radiation therapy is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy required.
Pay & Benefits: Commensurate with experience. Team members are eligible to receive benefits on the first day of the month following the date of hire, with 30 days to apply for benefits of choice.
