Value Analysis Analyst

Job Description

Purpose & Scope:

As a member of the Supply Chain Department, the Value Analysis Analyst will collaborate with the Value Analysis Director to enhance patient care and outcomes. This role focuses on building strong partnerships among healthcare providers, clinicians, and stakeholders, utilizing innovative strategies and technologies to drive continuous improvement and excellence in clinical practice. The Value Analysis Team (CRM) is tasked with optimizing the value of medical products and supplies within the supply chain.

The Analyst will analyze clinical and supply chain data to support cost-effective and efficient procurement decisions, ensuring the acquisition and effective utilization of high-quality products across the organization. Additionally, the Analyst will evaluate supply chain performance in clinical areas, identify trends, evaluate performance from revenue standpoint, decision support and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Master's degree in Supply Chain or related Healthcare Administration is preferred.

Additional experience considered in lieu of education requirement: Two (2) years related Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

Two (2) years of Value Analysis experience is required. Five (5) years preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP) certification is preferred.
