Review and advise on all architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural plans to optimize feasibility, reduce cost, and expedite timelines.
Apply infection prevention protocols using tools such as ICRA, HEPA filtration, and interim life safety measures to ensure uninterrupted patient care during construction.
Create and manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of critical long-lead items.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards and construction specifications are consistently met.
Identify risks, recommend design or scope changes, and ensure all compliance, regulatory, and safety measures are followed.
A proven construction leader with a strong track record of managing complex healthcare or institutional projects.
Adept at stakeholder communication, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
